Reciper is a Windows desktop application published through the Microsoft Store. The application is designed to work primarily on your local device.
We do not collect, store, sell, rent, or share your personal information on our own servers. We do not require you to create an account to use the application.
The application may store settings, user preferences, local app configuration, created content, imported content, and cached data required for the application to function. This information remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, delete, or otherwise transfer it using application features or operating system features.
If the application allows you to open, import, create, edit, or save files, those files are processed locally on your device. The application does not upload your files or content to our servers unless this is explicitly stated in the application interface and you choose to use such functionality.
If the application includes paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, payments and licensing may be processed by Microsoft through the Microsoft Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Microsoft Store, Windows, or Microsoft services may collect diagnostic, crash, performance, installation, usage, and licensing information according to your Windows settings and Microsoft privacy practices. We may receive aggregated or anonymized analytics from Microsoft Partner Center, such as installation counts, crash statistics, acquisition data, or general usage reports.
The application may use an internet connection only for features that require it, such as checking Microsoft Store license status, opening external links, importing information from a website if supported, displaying online content if supported, or checking for updates or related Store information if supported.
The application may interact with third-party services only when required by a feature you choose to use. Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when required by law, when necessary to comply with legal obligations, when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the application, or when you intentionally choose to share or export data using application features.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data handled by the application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You should keep your device, Windows account, and backups protected with appropriate security measures.
The application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can control your data by changing application settings, deleting locally stored content, uninstalling the application, managing Windows privacy settings, managing Microsoft Store and Microsoft account privacy settings, and choosing whether to use optional features that may require internet access.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this document.
